QUALITY SUPERVISOR, MEDICAL DEVICES

SALARY:  $80,000 – $115,000

Our client is well established, and a global manufacturer of medical devices produced using plastic injection molding processes.  They are seeking a Quality Supervisor who can be the subject matter expert in the area of quality assurance and lead a department of quality inspectors and technicians. 

In addition, the Quality Supervisor will lead in CAPA (corrective action and preventive actions) investigations. Improve and maintain the existing training system and document control processes.  They must work collaboratively with other departmental and functional heads to ensure good communication and provide supplier quality audits.   

For consideration, the Quality Supervisor must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant quality work experience.
• Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
• Experience performing supplier audits ensuring industry regulatory standards are practiced.  
• Experience with plastic injection molding, highly preferred medical devices.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Advanced GD&T.
