Work from Home, On-The-Road Sales (Need to be in the West)
We are looking for an experienced salesperson from within moldings, trims, and transitions who can analyze the potential of new markets, create a strategy to penetrate retail and contractor networks, and build relationships to grow business.
Some of the possible market expertise we are looking for might include selling custom extruded plastics or aluminum products into retail or construction channels.
West Coast Sales Rep Responsibilities:
Grow sales in the West Coast Market, exceeding annual forecast
Work directly with Senior Vice President of Sales to attain market share
Determine areas where there is sufficient profitable business to pursue
Prospect new accounts, creating a value-add for customers
Communicate activities with sales management
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Participate in the industry associations and trade events where our customers are found.
Qualifications for the West Coast Sales Rep
4-year degree, preferred
Technical understanding of products and associated business
3 years of well-rounded marketing, business development and sales
3 years of proven ability in identifying new markets, solving client problems, develop new clientele and partnerships, growing sales through providing solutions, including custom solutions
Highly assertive, relentless sales personality and the proven ability to proficiently analyze, prepare presentations, and close deals
